i shop on any day ending in "y"

Cyber Monday. No different than any other day. Except if you do not normally shop online & this is the one day out of the year that you actually DO!

I prefer shopping online. No crowds. No sales people. Just me, in my jammies, with a cup of coffee.

Bliss.

Since the hubs has been known to sporadically read my blog...I can not say what deals I scored today. Hello, Christmas gifts!!

Here some places I do recommend you checking out....

Victorias Secret - use FREE50 for free shipping on $50, use MONDAY for an extra secret rewards card (yes, that's going on right now), and use PINKSPOT for a free mini dog. (Does anyone else collect these gosh darn things!? I'm a sucker for freebies.)

Ideeli - (invitation link under my "shopping site" tab)....free shipping for 30 days, once you place your order.

RueLaLa - just check out the sales

Ettika - I have a minor obsession with their bracelets. Nobody understands though.

Stella & Dot - add $50 to your cart, get the hematite cupchain bracelet for $9.95
Today Only! Spend $50 and get this bracelet for $9.95 - Shop Now! Double wraps, instantly creating the layered look. Hematite Cupchain Bracelet Regularly $59. *Click here for details.

stylin' for a steal

Well hello!

Yes, I'm still alive! I haven't drowned in baby drool & spit up just yet!
P.S. if you're contemplating mommyhood, the adventure is worth it. The love I have for Beau is just amazing & indescribable!

So even though I've not been acing the whole "fit" portion of my blog - I've been totally rocking the "fashionable" portion! Holla! (please say that the way Heather would).

I scored some awesome pieces at Nordstrom Rack this weekend - you can now shop them online through the Nordies main site! None of the pieces I purchased are still available online - BUT I did see these & I think they are so darling.

patterned on the front & the back - the back has an exposed zipper

I also had some major scores on Ideeli!
Sequin skirt for a holiday party!
W118 by Walter skirt
Retail tag said $198
I paid $49.99

And I can not leave out the awesomeness of Stella & Dot steals!!!

The Zoe Report recently featured the Chantilly Lace Cuff as the "parallel universe" item for those of that can not afford (nor bare) to drop $1000 on a Givenchy Lace Cuff.

The Chantilly Lace Cuff was designed off of an actual piece of lace!!! Our designer, Blythe Harris, picked up lace swatches while traveling in Paris & brought them back to the design studio, thus using them to design our entire lace collection.

So in my efforts to really rock this Stella & Dot styling business of mine - I've stumbled across MORE of our fabulous jewelry pieces that are an affordable option to pricier designer pieces out there! Super exciting.

Until then....
xoxo
Your Fashionably not-Fit Femme :)

shop, then workout

Weekend workouts: ran 6.5 miles on Saturday, Physique 57 (P57) full body workout Friday, P57 30 minute workout Saturday

Saturday's goal was to run, clean, do my Bible study, & finish the laundry all before noon - since Matt would be heading home around then from fishing.

Psshhhhhh

Since when do I ever accomplish what I plan?

The one to blame: Ideeli
(You didn't think I'd say I was to blame!?)

Ideeli had these "shopping marathon" sales. I spent a good hour shopping. Good grief. Needless to say, I didn't finish everything I needed to finish before noon.

But hey! Here's what I bought:
JB by Julie Brown - Liza top

JB by Julie Brown - butterfly shorts

Betsey Johnson dress

Report Signature - Adrian heels

Lovely People - Daniela flats

And for Matty....
Banana Blues - Starboard

VAST plaid board shorts
There were a few other items that I was hoping to get for Matt & 2 others for me...but they sold out super quick. Seriously, if I had spent full retail on these items, the total bill would have been over $1000...but not today! I spent a 10th of that. Ridiculous.

I finally got around to running & working out. What a distracting morning!

Saturday evening, Matt & I took his younger cousin Cameron to see Transformers 3....in 3D
3d glasses are the hot ticket item for summer
Have you seen Transformers 3?
Is it just me or did anyone else cry? That dang Bumble Bee....gets me every time.

Seen any other good movies lately?
We saw Horrible Bosses....holy moly Jennifer Aniston!

make that a double please, barista

Tired doesn't even begin to describe it. Another exhausted Monday morning.

Dexter got all handsome this weekend...
...& he still would not sit still long enough for a picture. I took him to the groomer Saturday while I was baby shower-ing. I always just want to cuddle with him after he goes to the groomer...he smells amazing, (minus his breath), and he's so soft. He is just not a cuddler. It's really frustrating.

We spent our Easter afternoon at my grandmother's, eating way too much & playing SkipBo. And Matteo getting in touch with his barista side, learned how to use a Keurig.

In case the Easter Bunny brought you some dinero in those eggs, here are some sales of note for today:

Ideeli: Betsey Johnson
Gilt: Tibi, Denim Shop (featuring various brands, I'm assuming)
Hautelook: 7 for All Mankind (men & women's)
RueLaLa: Tom Ford, Tea Forte (all tea products in honor of Mother's Day), Shade of Grey (home decor items in, you guessed it, shades of grey)
theFoundary: serving pieces

Let me know about any amazing purchases or great finds!

Did anyone else over eat this weekend???

fun facts for friday

TGIF!!!

#1 - - - Billion Dollar Babes online shopping site is having a giveaway...all you have to do is like them on Facebook to be entered - - ends today though

#2 - - - Matt is a professional angler at heart & spirit. I mean, look what he did to our garage:
there he is, tinkering with his rod...lol
please note the pegboard behind him

He's anti-Facebook...so trying to be a *good wife* I took one for the team & liked Bass Pro Shops to enter him to win a fishing trip with Kevin VanDam (a pro angler). You should do it as well...it's the cool thing to do.

#3 - - -Today is my grandmother-in-law's 92nd birthday! We're celebrating with a family party tonight. She's a hard partier & stays up MUCH later than I do.

#4 - - -I'm going to a fashion show in the morning at Nordstrom!!!

#5 - - -I'm running the SheRunsLA 10K - - I thought it was a good idea since I need to branch out from 5K's

Do you have any fun plans this weekend? Any races?

Happy Monday
