Any thoughts??? 

Don't take any of these methods as the "optimal way to lose weight". You have to do what is right & healthy for your body.

If you could, would you pick a personal chef or a personal trainer? You have to pick 1 & only 1 :)

Definitely a personal chef. You have SO many resources available to you to design your own workout program, but you simply can't add hours to the day to prepare food that you *should* be eating. Having a chef definitely would help save time & encourage you to eat healthy.

I love my personal trainer. So, I pick that. I can go out to eat and get some awesome food if I need to.

I think Rene Zellweger has always been thin. She just intentionally put on weight for both Bridge Jones' movies.

And Ginnifer Goodwin on WW since she was 9!!! Holy crap!

Definitely the chef, hands down. I can do my own workouts at the gym, so it would be nice to not have to think about preparing nutritious food all the time :)

Interesting photos of these celebs! I would pick a chef, definitely. I'm already a personal trainer, I should be able to handle my own workouts, haha!
